Enterprise servers and storages are collective programs and devices respectively. They differ from traditional servers and storage in that they serve the requirement of an enterprise rather than an individual user, application, or device. Due to their ability to manage enterprise-wide programs, enterprise servers are usually UNIX-based servers as well as Wintel computers. On the other hand, enterprise storages are centralized data repository that is designed for the needs of an organization.
